The main stages behind every pair.
- 01Design
Last & pattern
Every model starts with a last. Patterns are cut along the grain of the leather.
- 02Selection
Leather
Leather is selected for density and finish.
- 03Cutting
Cutting
The upper parts are cut and prepared for stitching — clean edges, even pieces.
- 04Stitching
Stitching
The pieces are stitched into the upper with dense, even seams.
- 05Rest
Lasting
The upper is pulled over the last so the leather takes its shape, then left to rest before soling.
- 06Build
Sole & heel
The sole and heel are attached, with the Ammortizzo insert inside the heel.
- 07Finish
Finishing
Edges, polishing and a final check.
- 08Packing
Packing
Each pair is inspected and packed.
